General Program Rules

• Points have no cash value
• Points may not be transferred between members
• Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts
• ALIVE reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time
• Abuse of the program may result in account suspension or removal
• Points can only be applied to new purchases. Points can be applied to new memberships or renewals but not existing membership monthly charges
• Certain premium services or packages may be excluded
• Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
• One reward redemption per transaction
• Referrals must be new clients only
• No-show or late cancellation appointments do not earn points
